I have seen a lot of changes in the law, from days where advertising was not permitted to now where just about everything goes in advertising for lawyers. One thing has not changed; People that have been in car crashes or harmed by medical negligence, or denied their rights under an insurance policy, they all want somebody that cares and pays attention to their case. That is what I have to offer. Yes, I have excellent with a paralegal assigned to each case. However, I get every case my personal attention and any client that wants to talk to me gets to do that. I make sure that when I know that one of my clients and they want to ask me, they get an answer from me personally. Either a phone call, a meeting at my office, or at their home if they prefer especially if they are handicap and cannot travel. Especially in these times where there are shutdowns and stay at home orders, I will make myself available by the latest technology, Zoom, Google, or other methods.
There is an old saying that people do not care how much you know until they know how much you care. That is a philosophy that I have embraced in my practice. I want all my clients and potential clients that have been involved in a car crash or some incident where they have been hurt or harmed to know that I care about them.
